How do I book?
To help you rent a student apartment, we offer a fully digital solution. This page outlines the steps to follow when booking student housing (capétudes).
Easy steps and ongoing support
1. I fill out my request
To apply for pre-registration, please complete your request form by clicking on “Pre-registration.”
You will be guided step by step through the process of filling out your request information.
2. My request is approved
Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email from the reservations department (capétudes) confirming your application.
3. My dedicated rental advisor suggests an apartment option to me
a. Allocation for the start of the academic year
Apartments are assigned in the order in which pre-registration requests are received. We recommend that you submit your request as soon as possible.
Starting in May, the reservations department will contact you to offer you an apartment and provide you with all the information you need to complete your rental application.
b. Admissions during the academic year (excluding the start of the academic year)
As soon as we receive your request, the reservations department will offer you an apartment based on availability and guide you through the necessary steps for the rental contract.
4. I submit my request securely
In anticipation of your university studies, the rental agreement may be signed under the condition that you may fail your high school graduation exam, another exam, or admission to a higher education institution.
