The Rennes School of Business student residence offers far more than just a place to stay:  it offers a premium on-campus living experience designed for comfort, convenience, and student success. Each fully furnished apartment has been carefully designed to provide a comfortable and functional living space, complete with a sleeping area, study desk, storage, equipped kitchenette, and private bathroom. To apply for housing in our residence, simply fill out the form on the right side of the page, and you will then be guided step by step through the rest of the pre-registration process.

• Request validation

Once you have submitted your request, you will receive a confirmation email.

• The housing offer

A rental advisor will contact you to suggest an apartment.

• Approval of the request

Once all the documents have been submitted to the rental department, you can sign your contract online in complete security.

The rental reservation

The lease is signed for a term of 12 months and is automatically renewable.

Simply send a notice of termination by certified mail with return receipt requested one month before you move out to vacate the apartment.
