1. I fill out my request<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To apply for pre-registration, please complete your request form by clicking on \u201cPre-registration.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will be guided step by step through the process of filling out your request information.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

2. My request<\/span> is approved<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email from the reservations department (<\/span>cap\u00e9tudes)<\/strong> confirming your application.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

3. My dedicated rental advisor suggests an<\/span> apartment<\/span> option to me<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

a. Allocation for the start of the academic year <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apartments are assigned in the order in which pre-registration requests are received. We recommend that you submit your request as soon as possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting in May, the reservations department will contact you to offer you an apartment and provide you with all the information you need to complete your rental application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b. Admissions during the academic year (excluding the start of the academic year) <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As soon as we receive your request, the reservations department will offer you an apartment based on availability and guide you through the necessary steps for the rental contract.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

4. I submit my request securely<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In anticipation of your university studies, the rental agreement may be signed under the condition that you may fail your high school graduation exam, another exam, or admission to a higher education institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
